The project and your membership request

The Musical Oracle is offered by Restorative Rhythms Institute (Restorative Rhythms), ZVR 1875830526. These terms cover use of the beta experience. Submitting the form is an application to join the association. It does not itself confirm formal membership. We confirm admission separately under the association’s statutes; these terms do not replace those statutes. Contact us for the statutes and membership conditions before deciding to apply.

Your 21-day experience

Your free access starts when you first complete registration and lasts 21 days. English and Portuguese editions have separate access records, but opening another edition does not restart or extend your original 21-day period. Your account shows the end date.

No payment card is required and there is no automatic charge or paid renewal. Any future paid offer requires a separate choice. After trial access ends, you can still sign in to your account and journal to manage your information and export your reflections.

Using your account and the content

Use an email address you control and keep login codes and journal recovery keys private. Give accurate registration details. Please use the recordings, lyrics and teachings for your own personal experience. Do not redistribute, sell or publicly upload material without permission from its rights holder. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account or bypass access restrictions.

You retain your rights in your own journal writing. Saving it allows us to store and return the encrypted content as part of the service; it does not give us permission to publish your writing.

A beta experience for reflection

Recordings and features are still being developed and may change or be temporarily unavailable. The Oracle offers music and personal reflection, not medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. You choose how to engage with the experience.

The journal encrypts your writing on your device before saving it. Keep your recovery key and exports safe: we cannot recover the writing if you lose the key. No system can protect text visible on an unlocked or compromised device.

Leaving, questions and changes

You can stop using the experience at any time. Contact us to withdraw a membership application, ask about ending formal membership, close your account or request deletion of your data. Closing an account and ending formal association membership are separate requests; please tell us which you want.

We may restrict access where necessary to protect accounts, content or the service from misuse. Contact us if you think a restriction is wrong. Material changes to these terms will be brought to your attention before applying to your continued use. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law. The Privacy Notice explains data use separately.
